Relaxation is an essential component of self care that impacts our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being.  In the course, you will learn how to create relaxation in your external world and also within your self in the midst of daily activity.   

The Art of Relaxation

Using breath and awareness, we learn to deconstruct stress.

Both external stress and internal stress.

You will learn to access a calm, clear, Inner Presence as an anchor and foundation for your life.

  • Creating space in our life for relaxation and regeneration

Module 3: Inner Relaxation

  • Relaxing around and creating space for our thoughts, sensations, and emotions

Module 4: Deconstruct Stress

  • Explore our experience of stress and identify deeper needs.
